Terms and conditions of the eGuide service

1.1. These general terms and conditions regulate, also pursuant to Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (so-called Consumer Code), articles 50 to 63, the contractual relationship between the Consorzio Turistico Calabria Vigorosa (hereinafter also the “Consortium”), with registered office in Via Cav. P ,. Longo, 123 87028 Praia a Mare (CS), registration with the Companies Register of Cosenza, tax code and VAT no. 03395130788, and any subject interested in using the Service, as defined below. Also pursuant to article 7, paragraph 1, lett. c) of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 are indicated below the elements that will allow you to quickly contact and communicate directly with the Consortium for any requests:

1.2 Copyright
The contents are covered by copyright and can not be reproduced, without our authorization, neither on printed paper, nor on the websites of the Municipality or of any other organization.
1.3 File properties and distribution
Digital products are the exclusive property of the Consortium and are sold to the Municipality or to Proloco free of charge and for an unlimited period of time. They will be delivered to the Municipality or to Proloco through physical supports (USB sticks or CD ROM) or by sending them to one of the e-mail accounts indicated. They can only be distributed free by the Consortium through their own download websites or with pdf or epub readers. The Municipality can distribute them only through physical supports (usb and cd rom keys) or via e-mail. They can not be published on the web or on the websites of the Municipality, nor of third parties; nor can they be published via mobile applications (apps).
1.4 No modification
It is strictly forbidden to modify even partially the files delivered which must remain intact and can not be duplicated.
