Standard form contract

1- The Tours and touristic services the user can find on the website www.calabriavigorosa.it are offered by Calabria Vigosorosa, Via Cav. P. Longo, 123 87028, Praia a Mare (Cosenza)-Italy, through one of its partners.

2- Holiday packages: they are regulated by Codice del Turismo (All. Dlgs. 79/2011). By Holiday Package we mean the travel, the holidays, all inclusive circuits and cruises; an Holiday Package can be composed by one or more of the following categories:

– transport

– accomodation

– touristic services.

3- Booking and reception: booking is not confirmed until the payment of the Tour. After the payment the contract is stipulated between Calabria Vigorosa and the buyer.

4- The buyer has the right to the termination of the contract in case of one of the following situations:

More than 10% price increase

Change of one of the fundamental parts of the service, when not agreed with the buyer

In presence of one of the mentioned cases the buy has the right to enjoy an alternative service with no charge or with the return of the money in case the alternative service is cheaper than the original one. If the buyer breaks the contract before the departure he/she will be charged with the costs of insurance and the following percentage on the total cost of the service:

10% of the total price until 21 working days before the departure

30% of the total price between 20 and 15 working days before the departure

50% of the total price between 14 and 3 working days before the departure

100% after the terms already mentioned.

If the problems affect a group the percentages will be the following:

10% of the total price until 50 working days before the departure

20% of the total price until 30 days before the departure

50% of the total price until 20 days before the departure

70% of the total price until15 days before the departure

100% after the terms already mentioned.

5- The cost of the services is determined in the contract. The cost can be modified until 20 days before the departure only if there is a variation of: transport costs, including fuel costs; taxes and fees on tourism related services.

6- Invoicing: for each purchase will be produced a receipt or a different document according to the buyer’s needs.

7- Calabria Vigorosa will not be considered responsible for traffic delays, malfunctions, route conditions, weather conditions, or any other problem out of its control.

8- Customer assistance: Calabria Vigorosa’s commitment is to give assistance to the customer and to respect the legal dispositions the force the organizer to support customers in case of insurgency of a problem. Calabria Vigorosa is not responsible of assistance in case of misconduct by the customer or for the acts of subjects not directly linked to its activities.

9- Damages: any damage caused by the customer will charged to the customer.

10- Complaint and press of charges: the customer will have to notify any kind of complaint about the services with no delay to let the organizer sort the problems out. The last term of presentation of charges will be 10 working days after the conclusion of the service.

11-The ‘Foro’ of Cosenza is the jurisdictional authority qualified to regulate any kind of litigation that could affect Calabria Vigorosa’s activity.
